Who? Crew who are always at the weekly runs, Crew who haven’t made it to a Wednesday Social for a while, Crew who joined this group but have never come run with us – everyone is welcome!

When? Note the time change : we will start at 06:30 on Saturday 27 January. So plan to arrive by 06:20.

Where? We meet at Eagles Beer Garden parking and will be running the trails around Avis Dam.

Routes? Pls take note of the distances and time allocated to decide which route you want to do! You’re also welcome to do your own run and join us after for the Social…

A) 16 – 18 km (2.5 hours) sailing with Preston the Cutthroat [aka PC]
B) 12ish km (2 hours) sailing with Edward Teach [aka Jacques]
C) 7ish km (1.5 hours) sailing with The Dread Pirate Roberts [aka Julie] ~ walking with running intervals

Social? WSRC will provide coffee after the Run and everyone is welcome to bring their own drinks & food (Eagles will only open at their normal time of 11:00).

What should I bring?
